Dozo Speciality Coffee in Dhaid is a minimalist roadside cafe going north from Al Munirah Restaurant, perfect for a powerful caffeine fix, particularly if you're driving through or just need a quick stop. You can order from your car or walk in for pick-up.

This spot is more about pick-up than lingering (there was plenty of parking); we saw plenty of cars stopping by for orders rather than dining in. Inside, it's a small, minimal space, with just a pair of couches instead of rows of tables and chairs, keeping the focus squarely on the coffee.

We're always on the hunt for bold coffee, and Dozo delivered with its Saudi Arabian-roasted beans. The flavours are strong, smooth, and provide a gentle caffeine kick. The Cortado was the star of the show; its smaller size amplified the rich coffee flavour, making it truly amazing. From the dessert menu, the Raspberry Cheesecake was a clear winner: creamy, strong flavors, evenly cooked with strong, yet not overpowering, flavours. We spent about AED 40 per person, which was well worth it.

The staff were extra friendly, taking the time to explain the origins of the coffee and beans. If you're in Dhaid and craving serious coffee, Dozo is well worth a stop if you're a coffee aficionado or looking for a sweet treat.
