Lazy Cat

Lazy Cat Café is tucked inside Al Quoz Pond Park and is a cat-themed retreat that earns its name. A sweeping mural greets you on arrival, and resident cats from the park wander in as if they own the place.

The coffee and matcha menu is well-curated, and while the dessert selection is limited, the Japanese pancakes stand out as a clear highlight. Food isn't really the point here, though.

What makes Lazy Cat worth returning to is the setting. Being inside a well-kept park gives it a calm that's genuinely hard to find in Dubai. Quiet enough to decompress, with a pleasant walking path to stretch your legs after your cup. The views do most of the heavy lifting.

Our recommendation is the Japanese pancakes and any of their coffee options.
