Bu Qtair has evolved from its humble beginnings in a makeshift cabin, where customers once sat on plastic chairs outdoors, to a fully established restaurant located directly across from its original spot. The menu remains simple, offering two types of fish and shrimp, all priced by weight. The preparation time is approximately 30 minutes, after which you can complement your meal with porotta or rice, along with a flavorful fish curry.
