Julith is the homegrown [Al Quoz](https://9715.ae/dubai/area/al-quoz/) roastery that [bid more than Dh2 million](https://www.thenationalnews.com/lifestyle/food/2025/08/08/julith-coffee-roastery-dubai-2-million/) for a single 20kg lot of Panama Geisha, yet the best reason to go is an everyday cortado. It sits in the Kunooz warehouses on 6th Street, right next door to [RAW Coffee Company](https://9715.ae/dubai/raw-coffee-company/).

There's plenty of paid parking. The café spreads across two floors: a glass-walled roastery and open coffee bar downstairs, and upstairs a cherry blossom tree and three soundproof work pods you can book for free. It's table service, so take a seat and staff come to you, asking what flavours you like before suggesting a brew. The crowd is mostly laptop workers and coffee obsessives, and even when it's busy the room stays hushed.

The espresso bar pulls a chocolate-forward house blend, and milk drinks can be made with rotovap milk, which has water drawn off so it comes out ultra-creamy and naturally sweet. We recommend the cortado and the Spanish iced latte. The slow brew bar does V60 pour-overs, with an upgrade to rare beans aged up to a year. The all-day menu runs from a Julith benedict with braised beef cheek and crispy potato to an A5 beef burger. Expect to spend AED 50–100 a head.

The catch: the rare lots get expensive fast, so ask the price before ordering one, or stick to the house espresso. Book a pod ahead if you plan to work.

Julith is for coffee lovers and remote workers who want to stay a while.
