It sits on Al Barsha 1 Street next to Barsha Business Square, and there's good parking all around. The Spicy Fried Noodles are the dish to get: those hand-pulled noodles fried spicy with stir-fried vegetables and meat, for AED 38. Laghman gets fifteen versions of its own on the menu. The Manti Soup (dumplings in broth) and the kababs, AED 10 a skewer, are well made too, with the spices and seasoning balanced just right. The Gosh Nan, a round bread stuffed with ground beef and onion, is one to share. The catch is the menu: it runs to around 80 dishes, most listed under their Mandarin names (Er Jie Zi, Guo You Rou, Hu Er Dun) with a one-line English note, so first-timers can struggle to know what they're ordering. Tell the staff how much spice you want when you order, and ask them to point you to the dishes they'd pick: they're helpful and happy to recommend. Every dish carries its Chinese characters too, and this is where people who know Xinjiang cooking come for a taste of home; regulars order the beef with black mushroom alongside a round of kababs.
