Cafe Rider is a coffee roastery and a custom motorcycle garage sharing one [Al Quoz](https://9715.ae/dubai/area/al-quoz/) warehouse. It has roasted its own beans on site since 2013, and has become a benchmark for good coffee in [Dubai](https://9715.ae/dubai/).

You'll find it at Warehouse 7 on 14B Street in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3. Behind a glass partition, the chief bike builder reshapes frames while hipsters sip flat whites and watch the sparks fly, surrounded by colourful helmets and vintage motorcycle accessories.

The roastery turns out some of the finest beans in the region and supplies businesses across the UAE and Oman. You can taste it, and bags to take home start at AED 41. The cold brew is the one to order, or try the lighter version: a single 60ml shot topped with soda water.

The breakfast menu has lots of variety and keeps changing. If you want something hearty, the Rider Breakfast Wrap packs two eggs, turkey bacon, black beans, avocado, sweet peppers, cheese and chilli mayo into a flour tortilla.

It's table service, and the pace is laid back. The staff are always cheery and welcome you with a smile.

It's also a good place to work, with plenty of desks and power points. Go on a weekday, when it's calmer than the weekend. Worth the drive for coffee lovers, remote workers and anyone who likes their flat white with a side of motorbikes."
